He was born in 1962. He studied Economics at Vassar College in the USA. He has been the Chairman of the Board of the Company since January 2025. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. since 2005 and assumed the role of Executive Vice Chairman of the Board in 2009. He has been the CEO of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. since January 2021 and Chairman of the Board since November 2024. In addition to MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A., he has developed a wide range of business activities in Greece and abroad in various sectors, including upstream, shipping, real estate management, financial services, and hotels.

He was born in 1967. He has been working in various companies of the MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. Group since 1998, having served as CEO of the subsidiary LPC MONOPROSOPI S.A. and General Manager of the subsidiary AVIN OIL MONOPROSOPI S.A., and joined the company’s staff in July 2022. He has accumulated extensive experience in the fields of Environment, waste management, recycling, and Circular Economy in Greece and abroad. He is the Vice President of the Association of Petroleum Marketing Companies (SEEPE). Mr. Kontaxis holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and a degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Mr. Nikolaos Stathakis has many years of experience, both in Greece and abroad, in the fields of technical and construction project management, strategic development, real estate management, renewable energy projects, and more. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Stathakis has served, among other roles, as Director of Project Development at HINES HELLAS, Director of Business Development at the Technical Olympic Group for more than 20 years, with primary responsibility for the Group’s investment and development activities, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Group for 6 years. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Construction Engineering and Management from MIT and a degree in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.

Georgios Skouteropoulos has been an executive at HELECTOR for over 10 years, responsible for financial matters, and since March 2016, he has been the director of HELECTOR’s activities in Cyprus. He was elected to the Board of Directors of HELECTOR in March 2016. Georgios Skouteropoulos is a graduate of the Department of Financial and Banking Management at the University of Piraeus and holds a Master’s degree from the University of York.
