HELECTOR has made significant efforts to take all necessary precautions to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal data and to prevent its distortion, damage, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our technical and organizational security measures include state-of-the-art technology. We also maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal data you provide from accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use.
However, the company cannot control the risks associated with the operation of the Internet and, therefore, draws your attention to the potential dangers related to its use and functionality.
Your Rights and Choices
In accordance with applicable legislation and its stipulated limitations, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:
- Right to Information and Access: You have the right to be informed and access the data that concerns you.
- Right to Rectification: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate data held under this policy or to supplement any incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of your data, provided this is in accordance with existing legislation.
- Right to Restriction of Processing: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data, as permitted by the applicable law.

HELECTOR has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). To exercise any of your rights or for any inquiries or clarifications regarding them and their conditions, you should contact HELECTOR and the DPO at dpo@helector.com. Our representatives and the DPO will provide you with further information and guidance on the necessary steps.
Additionally, under applicable law, if you believe that data protection laws have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant Data Protection Authority. Privacy Policy for Job Applicants
Your personal data related to your CV details will be collected by HELECTOR’s HR department and the Group’s companies if you choose to use the job application system or contact any Group company directly. Depending on the position of interest, your CV will be forwarded to the HR department of the relevant company, which will act as the data controller. For any inquiries regarding the processing of your data, you may contact the Group’s DPO at dpo@helector.com.
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, and the data collection is solely initiated by you. You decide which data you wish to share for job application purposes.
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Collection and management of job applications
- Evaluation of job applications
- Selection of candidates
Your personal data will be shared with the HR department and specific employees with managerial responsibilities related to the job position, for the purposes of managing, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be retained for six (6) months from the application process. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted. However, your data may be deleted sooner upon an explicit request from you.
Regarding the processing of your personal data, you have all the rights outlined in the section “Your Rights and Choices” of this Policy.
